Personal Assistant to Product Director
Lokasi Kerja di : Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Assist Product Director, to make the brief for the team, monitor & follow up the result from team
Reporting to Product Director
Taking notes and filing/tracking/organizing/distributing meeting notes
Translating correspondence from English to Indonesian and vice-versa (not perfect translation - but good enough to be understand, could be initially loaded into Google Translate and refined from there for example)
Doing routine follow-up on team projects with individuals from across the KMK and Emtek organizations (SCTV, Indosiar, SCM, etc.)
Acting as a cultural bridge between foreign and local team members
